The purpose of this policy document is to communicate conditions and processes pertaining to the refund of an order. The points mentioned in this document are guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning your purchase, unless specifically stated otherwise on product pages or readers offer advertisements. Every effort is made so as to service the order\/s placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or due to limitations from our merchants, the order is not shipped then the order stands cancelled and the amount paid by the customer is refunded. In the event if the order\/product is delivered and the product is returned by the customer due to product being faulty, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.<br \/><br \/><span class=\"s1\"><b><h3>The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:<\/h3><br \/>1.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>The specific product\/model is out of Stock.<br \/>2. The order can\u2019t be shipped within the specified timeline.<br \/>3. On customer\u2019s request<br \/>4. The shipping address is not serviceable.<br \/>5. Any other reason beyond the control of merchants\/ sellers or Leone Gadgets.<br \/><br \/><span class=\"s1\"><b><h3>The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons:<\/h3><br \/><br \/>1.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Established defect in the product which the seller is not able to either replace or repair.<br \/>2. Correct product could not be delivered.<br \/>3. Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available<br \/>4. Customer refused to take the delivery.<br \/>5. Products damaged during transit and delivery not accepted.<br \/><br \/><span class=\"s1\"><b>Conditions:<br \/><br \/>1.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Ensure that the product is covered under merchant\u2019s warranty.<br \/>2. Cancellation and refund requests for products shall not be eligible under manufacturer\u2019s warranty.<br \/>3. The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by the merchant.<br \/>4. The return courier awb\/tracking number, reason for refund, order id needs to be shared on\u00a0<span class=\"s2\">support@leonegadgets.com<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> or call\/WhatsApp +23234590959<\/span>5.\u00a0The order returned must accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.<br \/>6. Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.<br \/><br \/><span class=\"s1\"><b>Note:\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Any Gift coupon circulated as promotional offer would not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.<br \/><br \/><span class=\"s1\"><b>Refund Process:<br \/><br \/>1.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Please connect with Leone Gadgets customer care via email or call.<br \/>2. The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange.<br \/>3. Ensure to collect the return address from Leone Gadgets customer care.<br \/>4. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.<br \/>5. Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.<br \/>6. Ensure that the awb \/ tracking number is shared with Leone Gadgets customer care.<br \/>7. The order shall be considered for refund only if the seller receives the product in original condition [there should be no scratches, no dents etc.]<span class=\"s1\"><b><br \/>Caution:<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<i>Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to courier.<\/i><br \/><br \/><span class=\"s1\"><b>Exclusion:<\/b><\/span>\u00a0A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met.<br \/><br \/>1. The product is broken, tempered or damaged.<br \/>2. The product is returned after the return date or the customer has not informed Leone Gadgets about initiating the return.<br \/>3.
